CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT

Payments: Bookings are not final until payment has been confirmed, or at the trainers discretion. Invoices will be sent to the client and are to be paid using the methods provided Invoices will be issued following verbal or written conformation. The contractor reserves the right at their discretion to change prices in response to market pricing.

Cancellation/Hold Policy: You may not cancel this agreement and it is non-refundable.  This agreement can only be placed on hold if absolutely necessary due to unforeseen circumstances at the contractors discretion.  All sessions may be cancelled and/or re-scheduled with 24 hours notice without penalty.  Any sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited and you will be charged for that session accordingly.

Indemnity: You specifically indemnify and hold harmless Yggdrasil Fitness and all of his officers, agents, employees and instructors in respect of any event which might otherwise have given rise to a cause of  direct or indirect action (in respect of you or any person in your care) against any or all of the persons or organisations protected in this clause.  You provide the indemnity with the knowledge of, and in recognition of, the possibility of injury or other dangers connected with any form of physical activity including the activity usually included in your membership.  You must not undertake any physical activity if you suffer from any injury, illness or disability that might cause additional injury or aggravation to such condition.

Fee Collection: The administration of this agreement for the fee facility is conducted by me (Yggdrasil Fitness).  You accept that the PT sessions will cease until outstanding dues are paid.
